Copperfield This community of approximately 1800 homes is located in North Austin, off Yager Lane and Deasau Road. Most of the houses were constructed in the late '80s and early '90s. Many Copperfield homes enjoy views of the Walnut Creek park system and are very popular with first-time buyers. The subdivision also includes the Coppertree Condominium Complex. The 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units range from the $55s to the low $80s.

Scofield Farms This master-plan community is in North Austin and close to major employers like Dell, IBM, National Instruments, Time Warner, and Samsung, to name a few. There are several popular stores in proximity and new stores and restaurants in development. The community holds several activities throughout the year that bring the neighbors together, and active Homeowners Associations help ensure property values. With two swim centers, extensive landscaping, and community parks, this is a great place to live.

Each local Board of Realtors has standard contract forms which reflect the legal requirements of the jurisdiction in which you live. These contracts include the sales price, financing contingencies, completion deadlines, and other items that are required in order to meet local government requirements.
You may find that trying to sell your own home in order to save the brokerage fee is false economy.
